The Foundation has established a Training Institute for its patients who failed in their school studies. Participants may obtain certification on bakery worker's semi-qualification (OKJ no. 33-5410501002103), following a one year theoretical and on-the-job training completed by a final exam. Psycho-social support is also provided along with the training. The Training Institute has been accredited as adult training institute by the Adult Training Accreditation Body (FAT 0721; OKÉV 07-0603-02).
Furthermore, the Training Institute sets up intermittently accredited training for social specialists in order to promote employment of disadvantaged people.
